Why should I create create a VA Profile on VATN Directory?
- While we cannot make any guarantees, listing your VA Business in the VATN Directory can help you to get found on the Internet! A Directory profile will increase your online visibility and help to promote your website. Because this directory is specifically for Virtual Assistants, your VA Business will receive exposure to your ideal target audience.
- Reviews that are left for your business can help create a positive image for your business
- Search engines may favor the VATN Directory over others sites when ranking for terms related to Virtual Assistant Services.
- It’s a cost effective way to advertise your business to your target market.
To submit a VA Profile in the VATN Directory click on ADD VA PROFILE in the menu, this will take you to a page where you can review the profile packages available. Choose a package and begin adding your business information. Please note, the package level will determine the business details that will be displayed to the public.
Your Profile will need to be approved by the VATN Directory support staff. Once approved, your profile will appear in the directory. This generally takes 1-2 business days.
YES. Right now, the only way to make changes is to submit a VA Profile Change request. VIP and Platinum profiles will be updated within one week, Free profiles change requests may take longer.
You do not need to create a login. Profiles can be added without a user account.
VATN only allows VA Profiles from US Based Virtual Assistants.
VA’s must use their real name in the First Name, Last Name fields
Va’s must use actual photo for their profile photo, no logos please.
We do not permit paid or affiliate links or spam of any kind. Also, please remember only paid profiles are permitted to use links to their website and social media channels.
Listing content must be appropriate for public viewing as should the content linked to in the profile.

We will create annual subscriptions for you so these renewals happen automatically–reducing the hassle of keeping your licenses up-to-date. If you prefer not to auto-renew, please contact contact our support team prior to your renewal date. We do not offer refunds.

Your website and/or social media links needs to be in the following format to work correctly – http://yourdomain.com. If you enter a link without the http:// or https:// your hyperlink will not work.
Why can’t I upload Images?
Free accounts are not able to upload images. To keep the directory loading quickly, we require that all images must be optimized for the web before they are uploaded. For the best results, crop your image to a SQUARE of no more than 500 pixels x 500 pixels, with a file size no larger than 150 kb. Images can be optimized with most photo software programs. A quick and easy way to optimize your images is to go to https://pixlr.com/editor/. Here you can upload your image, crop, compress and resize your image (select quality 72).
To find a Business Type enter the type of business you are searching for, in the search box. You can also click on the categories link to narrow your search.
Yes, click Contact Us and let us know your suggestions. You can always make use of the TAG field to add taxonomies to your VA Business Profile
